Oasis Las Terrenas is a project that was built more than 20 years ago and has been managed by us since 2003. There are currently 20 apartments of 1 and 2 bedrooms, distributed in 5 blocks.
In this second phase, we are going to build 2 blocks for 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. We will make an investment to harmonize the existing buildings with the new construction.

Building of 1 apartment of 134m2 per level, 3 bedrooms with bathroom and guest bathroom. On the first floor has a patio 15m2 and covered terrace and the penthouse has a private terrace of 115m2. White line included, (stove, oven, refrigerator, fans, pre-installation air).

Oasis Las Terrenas is built on a 6,000 m2 plot, 71% of which is green and recreational spaces, which makes it unique in the area.
There is a garden with 11 different types of palms and several fruit trees (avocado, mango, milkweed, banana, guava, guava, chinola, noni…), an incredible vegetation that allows us to wake up to the sound of birds.
